Our support contract contains the complete first installation and introduction to the solution(s) from our company and the remote software for the technical support per telephone and remote access during the complete contractual period. Support contract customers also benefit from the special conditions for on-site service. This contract does not contain any free of charge updates or upgrades and can be signed in compliment to the upgrade contract.
